The following privacy policy along with the terms and conditions summarises the various ways that Either View uses the information you provide or we gather while you access or use the Website and our associated sites, applications and services managed by Either View (collectively, the “Services”). Your use of our Services and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Privacy Policy. The said Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the courts of Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes arising out of the same.
